Great question! Here's our process: First, we make sure to carefully review each and every application. Next, we'll reach out to let you know if we'd like to chat on a video call or if we think it's not a great fit at the moment. Either way, you should expect to hear back from us in 1-2 weeks.
Another outstanding question! It's really none of the above...yet. We're building a collective of talented, like-minded people to build great things. As we sign work contracts and scope out projects, we will reach out to you if we think you're a great fit for the project. So for now, you're just saying "Hey, I'd like to work with you!" No commitment necessary at this stage.
